Above are some pictures from the Seattle Times of flooding on our street. (Love the hair, don't you?)
The last few weeks the Seattle area has gotten some unusual winter weather - Snow! Well, unusual for Seattle at least! At one point we had about 8-10 inches in Issaquah, which meant Eric got to work from home for a few days! Finally the rain returned, and now we're actually having flooding all over Western Washington. There is a creek just down the street from our home that has flooded the streets, and it's supposed to reach "major flood" status (12 feet deep) by 10 pm tonight. Homes all along the creek have been evacuated but luckily we're far enough away that we don't have to worry about it. Here's some more pics:

We were there for that crazy snow, and now flooding, wow. Our crazy winter weather just includes cold fronts that bring the highs down to the 50's.
Hi Lisa,
If you are going to have crazy weather like that, you might as well move to Utah!
Love you!!!
