Peoria, AZ

Well, last weekend my brother and I took a trip down to Peoria for the Mariners spring training. It was a very good time. We were there for one night and two days and saw two Mariners games in Peoria and one Rangers game in Surprise (they played the Angels). And we got to watch batting practice and other fielding drills each day too.

Below is Ichiro taking batting, he was the most impressive...He hit monster home runs almost every pitch. one even hit the back of the scoreboard for an adjacent field.

20 Week Tummy

Here I am at 20 weeks! Pregnancy is finally getting to be pretty fun! As of 2 days ago, Eric and I can feel our baby kick me all the time. Last night I got up at about 3:30am for bathroom privileges and when I got back into bed, he (baby) was kicking me for a good 10 minutes-really hard! So, being the thoughtful wife I am, I woke Eric up and he got to feel it too. It's still weird though, especially when I look down and my abdomen is twitching :)

2 Years!

Yesterday was our 2 year anniversary! I can't believe two years have already gone by. We went to the temple and did sealings and then went out to dinner. Last year we went to San Diego and did sealings too, and I thought it was so romantic so I think we're going to make a tradition out of it.
We are so excited to be moving back to Seattle in just a few weeks! Eric's still looking for work, and it looks like we'll be staying with my parents until we can get a place of our own. It's been hard to be away from family for so long and I know Eric is looking forward to a summer full of wakeboarding on the lake...

Week 19 Ultrasound

Here is the latest ultrasound, and probably the last, from today. It was really fun to see him moving all around again. The ultrasound tech couldn't get a good profile shot, so we have a shot of his face. He even waved to us! Lisa says he has my nose, but I can't even see one... it is a cool picture, but it looks sort of funny because you can see his skull. The Tech was able to see everything she was supposed to (nose/lips, kidneys, liver, stomach, bladder, umbilical vessels, etc...) and said it was all normal. We were very happy to hear that news. Lisa is feeling him move more and more each day and on sunday, I got to feel him, just a little kick. I know it seems too early, but I promise I did. Anyway, without further ado...

Week 18 Belly

Well, I hope someone can tell this is actually not the same
picture from two weeks ago... but if you look carefully
it's more round at least! Eric likes when I wear shirts like this because they're the only ones that make me look pregnant. I have hit the 4.5 month mark
and last Friday I felt my baby move!!! I was actually at work
feeding another baby in my lap, and my little guy must have
gotten jealous or something because he kicked me! Since then, I feel him every day. He's very active at about 6pm and then all night. It is the weirdest thing I have ever felt... like little flutters. Last night he kicked me in the bladder, and let's just say I'm in trouble when he gets bigger!
I go in for another ultrasound and check up on March 11.
